Lemon and Thyme Dressing

Salad Dressings

Anchovy, Caper and Garlic Dressing

1 can anchovies, drained and chopped
10 capers, rinsed and chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Pepper
125 ml red wine vinegar
100ml extra virgin olive

Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.


Lemon and Oil Dressing

1 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp lemon zest
5 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs honey
Salt
Black pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.


Lime Juice Dressing

1 lime, juiced
1 tbs mild chilli sauce or tomato juice
Salt
2 tsp caster sugar

Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
