Lamb Cutlet Marinade

2 tbs Vinegar
2 tbs Brown Sugar
½ tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tbs Mango Chutney

Combine in bowl and spread over 6 - 8 lamb cutlets. Allow to stand for as long as possible. Bake for 30 minutes in 180C oven.
