Salmon Quiche

1/2 cup plain flour
5 eggs
60g soft butter
220g can red salmon
1 onion, diced
60g cheese, grated
Fresh black pepper

Place flour, eggs and butter in food processor to combine.

Lightly grease a quiche dish.

Pour the mixture into the dish leaving approx. 1 cm at top. Drain the salmon and break up. Sprinkle salmon and onion onto the top of the mixture. Add pepper and grated cheese.

Bake at 180c until the top is brown.
