Baked Brie with Pine Nuts and Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

400g fresh brie
24 slices french bread, lightly toasted
50 ml honey
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
50g pine nuts, lightly toasted

Mix honey and vinegar to make vinaigrette. Cut brie into 5cm square slices. Add a piece of brie to a piece of bread. Top with pine nuts. Flash brie in oven to melt cheese slightly. To serve, spoon 1 tsp vinaigrette over each piece of bread.
